PLANNING YOUR TIME AT THE FESTIVAL
With so much to fit in, it helps to have a visual image of the three days schedule to decide what events you plan to attend. Use this google doc to print out and design your plan of campaign. Do not forget to visit the Art Exhibition in Dennes Point ( all three days ) and the Nature Market in Lunawanna ( Sat 26th ) as well as making time for a selection of free to attend lectures on a huge range of birding topics in Adventure Bay ( Sat and Sun 11-3pm )

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full payment must be received by March 11th 2022 to hold the reservation.
Please note that for cancellations by you after 11th March 2022 or if you do not show up for a booked event, fees are not refundable.
Cancellations prior to 11th March 2022 (must be in writing and will be deemed to take effect on the date of receipt by us) will be refunded in full (less any bank or credit cards fees).If, at any time, a tour or event is cancelled by us or our tour partners payments will be refunded in full, less any credit card or bank fees incurred. Where possible an alternative day for the same tour may be arranged with your agreement instead.
If it is necessary for you to make changes we will do our best to accommodate them. Again these should be made as soon as possible in fairness to others who may wish to attend.
