Bruny Island is a place of international birding significance and is classified as an IBA (Importand Bird and Biodiversity Area)
There are over 150 different birds to be found on Bruny Island - including all 12 of the Tasmanian endemic species.
Use this list to prepare for your visit to Bruny Island and as an aid whilst at the festival.
This list is generously provided by Dr Tonia Cochran of Inala Nature Tours and also identifies the many bird species to be found on the fabulous 1,500 acre Inala Private Conservaton Nature Reserve.
See the full festival program for walks and tours of both Bruny Island and Inala.
